Crafting tip

The string joining the flags is the thinnest line in the design, so keep the whole banner at 6 in (15 cm) wide or larger in vinyl. For a hanging version, cut the flags on their own from cardstock, fold the top edge of each over a length of twine, and glue it down — no punching needed.
