Crafting tip

Star points are the first thing to tear when you weed. Cut at 6 in (15 cm) wide or larger for the full banner, and pull the vinyl away from the points rather than across them. For a hanging version, cut the stars from cardstock, punch two holes in each, and thread them onto twine.
