Questions

How do credits work?

One credit gets you one design with all its files. You get new credits every month, and unused credits roll over to the next month (up to one month of credits). Downloading a design again is always free.

How many credits does a bundle use?

Bundles use 2 credits, or 3 credits for bundles over $5. On Advanced, a bundle counts as 2 or 3 of your daily downloads. Free designs never use credits.

What happens to my files when I cancel?

Your membership stays active until the end of the paid period. Every design you downloaded and its license stay yours forever. Remaining credits expire when the membership ends.

What do the licenses cover?

Starter includes the Personal use license for your own projects and gifts. Pro includes the Commercial license, so you can sell finished physical products. Advanced includes the Extended Commercial / POD license for print-on-demand and high volume selling. Each design comes with its own license certificate in your account.

What is your refund policy?

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment if you have not used any credits or downloads in that period. Please contact us at [email protected].

How do I manage or cancel my membership?

Go to My account → Membership and click Manage billing. You can update your card, see invoices or cancel there.
