Why does my SVG upload as a single layer?

Cricut Design Space sometimes flattens grouped files on upload. Select the design and click Ungroup — the layers are preserved inside the file.

Can I change "Grandma" to "Nana" or "Mimi"?

Yes — but note the text is outlined vector art, not editable type. The easiest route is to delete the name layer and add your own text in Design Space or Studio using a similar font.

Does this work with the free version of Silhouette Studio?

Yes. Use the included DXF file, which opens in the free edition. The SVG requires Designer Edition or higher.

Can I get a refund on a digital file?

Because the files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file arrives damaged or won't open, contact us within 30 days, and we will replace it or refund the order.

Can I use this design for print-on-demand?
